Volunteer for the Farm to Table
There are various volunteer opportunities during the Farm to Table Gathering on February 23, 2023. Those opportunities have been detailed below along with a link to sign-up. box truck load-up
2/22/2022 - 12:00pm to 4:00pm
6 Volunteers
We need a few folks who are available to help us load up the GRACE Box Truck with all of our event supplies. Please know there will be heavy bins and boxes to lift and carry! We will also deliver to Santa Fe River Ranch in Alachua!
set-up crew
2/23/2022 - 11:30am to 3:30pm
6 Volunteers
Our set-up crew will be responsible for all the pre-event setup. Volunteers will help set up the silent auction, ice down beer and wine, put out chairs, and set tables!
Guest check-in greeters
2/23/2022 - 4:30pm to 6:45pm
4 Volunteers
Our guest check-in greeters will provide a seamless check-in experience, setting the stage for a fantastic night for our guests. These volunteers will support them at the door by checking in guests on iPads and directing them to cocktail hour.
serving staff

30 Volunteers
If you have server or restaurant experience, we need your help! Our serving staff will assist the catering team by running meals to guests tables. Serving and restaurant experiencing is required.
bussing & clearing

Our bussing and clearing volunteers will assist the catering team by refreshing water and clearing plates at guest tables. They will also assist the catering team with various tasks throughout the night.
auction help desk & check-out

Help create a smooth auction check-out experience for our guests. Auction Check-Out volunteers will assist GRACE staff by collecting items for winning bidders and bringing them to the check-out table.
